                      So Easy Slim Care  Nutri-Scheme is a nutritionally-balanced, safe, natural and healthy way for detoxification  and weight loss in the same time. It helps in discharging of major toxin called mucoid plaque from our body  in short period through 3 steps (see Main  Function). The mucoid plaque can be discharged from our body and the  physiological system of human can be normalized.

                      Mucoid plaque (also known as  chronic faeces) is created when the body  produces mucus to  protect itself from potentially toxic substances. Mucoid plaque acts as a  health threat by reducing the absorption of nutrients, impairing digestion,  providing a haven for parasitic microorganisms, behaving as a reservoir of toxins,  promoting the development of cancer, causing skin conditions and allergies, and  reducing bowel transit time.                       In conjunction of slim care nutri-scheme, we had organize more than 200  Detoxification Camp for 3 Days 1 Night for over the world to those who decided  to give their body a clean bill of health by joining the So Easy Detoxification  Camp. Is does not only cleanse the toxins in the body but reduce the unwanted  extra waste whereby it makes you look healthier, youthful, radiant and  energetic. In order to achieve success, one needs to have strong discipline. It  is because during the camp, participants are advice to control their stress and  emotion, avoid heavy duty exercise, work or thinking, maintain high intake of  water, prohibited from taking alcohol, heavy meal, tobacco use or any others  bad lifestyle. They are assured by our committee and nutritionist team to get  enough rest, exercises and stay in a stable health condition. During the camp  they will be a daily activity like yoga, chi gong, tai chi, aerobic, dancing,  group activity, massages class and health class.

                          - Bio-Wheatgrass is made of wheatgrass and organic enzymes        All these elements assist our body in regulate metabolism, hormone imbalance,        improve blood circulation and cell function. Help to restrict cancer        cells and chemical elements by reducing the risk of infectious diseases. 
                        -  Nourishing 
                          - Bio-Cell consists of 18 types of amino acids, 7 types of        vegetables extract, vitamins, minerals, omega & nucleic acid.                       A.  Preparation  before taking So Easy 
                          Guidelines
                            2 important rules:
                            2.1   Reduce  cigarette, alcohol, coffee, tea, fried foods and other bad habits
                            2.2   Take  light meal with less meat, less oil, low sugar and more vegetables 
                      Schedule for 3 days before So  Easy (example)
                        Day 1:  Take less meat or only vegetables with 70% full
                        Day 2:  Take only vegetables, fruits, and porridge with  50% full
                        Day 3:      Take  only vegetables, fruits, vegetables broths and porridge with 30% full

                      Note: 
                          
                          Bio-Wheatgrass (2 times per day)
                          Instruction: Pour Bio-Wheatgrass into  250ml of water (do not use hot water), stir it with plastic spoon (do not use  metal spoon) and drink it immediately. 
                      Bio-Cell (2 times per day)
                          Instruction: Tear off the packet then  slowly and gently places the powder under your tongue, let the Bio-Cell slowly  dissolve in the mouth / Dissolve in 250ml of water
                      Bio-Balance  and Bio-Diet ( 3 times per day) 
                          Instruction: Pour 300ml water into the  shaker then add in Bio-Balance and Bio-Diet. Shake well and drink it immediately. This is to avoid  solidification after 10 minutes.
                      Note : Fruits with low calorie, pure vegetables or  fruits juice can be taken in small quantity if hungry (fasting).
                      The Do and Don’t during the  So Easy  Detoxification
                      
                        - Drink plenty of water (at least 5-6 liters per  day). Drink some high fiber fruit juice if you feel hungry because this will  help to improve the detoxification process.
- Be committed 
- Rest more and preferably to sleep before 11pm
- Try to avoid sex and masturbation.
- Do take any medication from your doctor especially  those with chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes.
- Try to liaise closely with the nutritionist  during the slimming period should you have any doubt.
- Relax physically and mentally 
- Do some light exercises like yoga but avoid  vigorous exercise.

                      Note: Do not eat protein together with carbohydrate. Take  note of the following:

- Practice the “3 low and 1 high” principle, i.e.  low fat, low sugar, low salt and high fiber.
